You must provide accurate account, delivery, and order information and keep your sign-in details secure. You may use the service only for lawful work and may not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, or misuse another customer’s account or files.

You retain ownership of artwork you upload. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to store, process, reproduce, and print it for your requested service.

You are responsible for checking artwork, dimensions, quantities, layout, transparency, colour expectations, delivery details, and the final order summary before submitting an order.

Quotes and previews are based on the information available when they are created. An order becomes ready for production after the required artwork, sheet, customer, and order information has been accepted. Production and delivery estimates may change when files need correction or circumstances outside our reasonable control cause delays.

Background removal, enhancement, vectorisation, nesting, and similar tools can produce imperfect results. You must review generated output before accepting it for an order. These tools assist artwork preparation and do not replace your approval of the final result.

We may update features and these terms as the service develops. We may suspend access when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse. The effective date on this page shows the latest published version.
